Quintero Hermanos S.A.S, in order to guarantee the constitutional right of habeas data, as well as guarantees to the good name and privacy of its customers, suppliers, workers, contractors, whether these assets are active or inactive, occasional or permanent, has created the following Manual. It contains the policies for the use of information that the Company has in its databases, in order to allow the adequate exercise and protection of the rights of the Information Holder, so that at any time may request the correction, clarification, modification and/or deletion thereof.In compliance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and its Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013, this document defines the Policy for the Processing of Personal Data that Quintero Hermanos will apply in the collection and dissemination of personal data stored in its databases.
